Yoga Your Way: Customizing Your Home Practice provides 31 sets of sequences, ~ what we call "Practices."
Each Practice includes a minimum of two pages for shorter practices, and up to four pages for the 90 minute practices.
On these pages you will find:
A sequence of Poses, each numbered so you may easily cross-reference the Pose instructions on the right.
Times are provided for each pose.

The Practices are carefully designed to provide options based upon the
The TIME you have to spend ~ 10, 20, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
The THEME you would like to experience ~ Standing & Balancing; Extending; Twisting; Opening; or Restoring.
The BODY AREA you would like to address such as Abdomen, Arms, Buttocks, Calves, etc.
So, for instance, you could choose to do a 10 minute or a 90 minute ~ or any of the times in between ~ Standing & Balancing practice, or...
